Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Order Products
Most R3XForge products are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer preference.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution when the issue is confirmed.
Wrong Size Ordered
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. Since our apparel is produced on demand, we cannot normally offer free replacements when the wrong size has been selected by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once production has started.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
