14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before returning the product.

The item should be returned in its original condition and should not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to products that have been made according to the customer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalized.

This includes, for example, products featuring a custom name, custom text, personalized runes or other customer-requested modifications.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs showing the problem

If the claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Faulty products are covered separately from the 14-day withdrawal right, and consumers in the EU have statutory protection when goods are defective or not as described.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the original standard delivery cost is also refundable. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Return Shipping

Customers exercising their right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs, provided they were informed of this before purchase.
